Arctic Leopard XE Pro S and XE Pro R have similar names, but power alone is a poor way to choose between them. Before riding around Almaty, check whether you can reach the ground comfortably, turn the bike with the motor off and stand on the pegs without feeling cramped. Wear the boots you plan to ride in. Ask someone to hold the bike while you put your feet on the pegs and stand up. Check whether you have to stretch for the handlebar and can reach the levers comfortably. Your height alone will not settle this: leg length and preferred position vary.

XE Pro R: check size and control

The Clouded XE Pro R has a higher seat and a larger front wheel. Compare it with the S in person: push it beside you, turn it in a small space and try standing on the pegs with support. A larger bike should still feel manageable with the motor switched off.

Extra power does not automatically make the R suitable for either a beginner or an experienced rider. Explain the route and pace you have in mind before discussing settings. Narrow trails with frequent stops and broad gravel roads place different demands on a rider.

Clouded and Cheetah are different families

Arctic Leopard covers several model families. The Cheetah E-xe 880 differs from Clouded in size and weight. Its specifications do not belong to the XE Pro S or R, even when a listing only mentions the brand.

Read the conditions behind the range claim

An advertised distance at a constant speed is not the same as a ride in the mountains near Almaty. Climbs, cold weather and repeated acceleration change energy use. Compare range figures together with the speed and conditions used to obtain them.
