- How do I buy? Is there a cart?
- There is no cart, deliberately. You press the button on a product page and WhatsApp opens with the message written: name, item code, colour and quantity already filled in. A manager confirms availability, the final price and how to pay.
- Can I see a motorcycle in person?
- Yes. Anything marked in stock is here in Almaty, come and look at it. For machines on order we send video from the supplier warehouse before you pay.
- How long does an ordered item take?
- Parts usually two to three weeks, motorcycles longer and dependent on shipment. We name the exact lead time in chat before you pay anything.
- Will this part fit my machine?
- Tell us the model and year. Where the supplier data confirms fitment, the page states it; where it does not, we check by hand before dispatch.
- Can I ride one before buying?
- Models that are in our rental fleet can be taken on a guided tour in the mountains around Almaty. The tour is charged separately from the bike.
- Do you take trade-ins?
- We do. Your current machine can go towards a new one, valued by condition rather than model year.
- What about the battery life of pre-owned bikes?
- We diagnose the cells and show you the actual remaining capacity and balance before the deal, so you know exactly what you are buying.
- Can I take a bike for a solo test drive?
- No, we don't rent out bikes without a guide. You can only try a machine by joining one of our mountain tours.
