- I went down and cracked a fender. Do I have to buy the whole kit?
- No, fenders, panels and seats are separate items. Send a photo of the break: it tells us what to replace far better than a part name from an old order.
- Do frame and motor guards actually earn their weight?
- On the rocks around Almaty they do: after the front fender that is the next thing to take a hit. You can bolt them on yourself, though there is usually some fitting by hand, which is why plenty of people leave the bike with us instead.
- Will the plastic match the colour I have?
- We will not promise that: batches drift in shade even within one manufacturer. The available colours are listed on the product page, and if the match matters, ask on WhatsApp for a photo of the actual part before it ships.
