Exchange and returns
We follow the Consumer Protection Law of Kazakhstan. Goods of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of purchase if they have not been used, keep their original look, seals and labels, and you have proof of purchase. Returns are handled at the showroom, 31 Zheleznyak St. Goods with a defect are handled under the same law.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver across Almaty and throughout Kazakhstan. Shipping to other countries is arranged separately. We quote the delivery cost after you contact us on WhatsApp. In-stock goods are handed to the carrier no later than the day after the deal; lead time for an ordered item is agreed before payment.
You can collect your order from our showroom at 31 Zheleznyak St. Confirm that it is ready on WhatsApp before visiting.
