How do I know the fork needs work?

Oil weeping down the stanchions, a knock over small bumps, bottoming out where the fork used to swallow the hit. Seals, oil and springs are in this section; the rebuild and the setup we do ourselves in Almaty.

Is the spring chosen for the bike or for me?

For you, gear included: the same bike behaves differently under a 60 kg rider and a 95 kg one. Send your weight and where you ride, and the rest is our job.

Do bars and grips swap between models?

Not freely. Clamp diameters differ, and a grip does not slide onto every bar. Tell us what is fitted now, or send a photo, and we will confirm the fit before dispatch rather than guess from a product name.

Can the fork be rebuilt instead of replaced?

Often it can. Seals, oil and a spring are in the section, and the rebuild happens in our own workshop. The full parts list only appears once the fork is apart, so we do not read one out over the phone.
